To the north of the neighbourhood is the Stansbury Crescent and the West Highland Creek to the north, Brimley Road to the south, to the west the Midland Avenue and to the east the Bellamy Road north. Other ethnicities are the Filipino, Jamaican, Koreans, Russian, Spanish, East Indians and Chinese. The whole population of Eglinton East is estimated to be 23,000 people. Most people are renters with the percentage owning their own houses being about 22 percent. The average age of residents in Eglinton East has been estimated to be about 35 years old.
