Located near Scarborough Town Centre, although it’s a bit of a walk from the Scarborough Town Centre, are these six buildings, known by Lee Centre Drive. Lee Centre Drive actually has to offer a lot when it comes to room sizes, and the number of rooms in the condominium because you can find a one bedroom condominium, and you can find even a four bedroom condominium in these buildings. It’s very rare to find a four bedroom condominium, but you will be able to find that in Lee Centre Drive. These buildings also have got excellent amenities, however, you will find the swimming pool to be a bit too shallow for your liking; but if you’re concerned about the safety, it is a very, very safe swimming pool.
One more negative that I can associate with this building is the fact that it is the farthest from Scarborough Town Centre in this entire complex because we have a lot of Scarborough Town Centre surrounded by a lot of residential buildings, and Lee Centre would be the farthest; having said that, the units are quite affordable, and that is why these buildings have always been very popular with the buyers.
