If having a balcony in your unit is one of the requirements, then you should be buying a unit either in 123 Omni Drive, or 125 Omni Drive because 115 Omni Drive does not have a balcony; having said that, the solarium that 115 Omni Drive has gives you more room inside the unit. These buildings are not very far from Scarborough Town Centre, TTC is right at the doorstep, and being built by Tridel warrants that the construction will be excellent. These buildings are very popular because 125 Omni Drive and 115 Omni Drive has got three bedrooms to offer you as well.
