Ten York is the new project that combines the efforts of Build Toronto with those of development firm Tridel. It will be a 75-story condo high-rise development in downtown Toronto. It has been set to launch in late 2011. The launch partnered the city; with the long time Toronto development firm Tridel.
The project was design by Rudy Wallman, who has showcased an excellent view of the city. The Ten York views are going to not only immerse the Toronto skyline, but as well give a great view of Lake Ontario with an impressive view from the 70th floor, it is going to be an impressive site to see.
The buildings and the view from 10 York are going to change the Toronto skyline forever. The Ten York views will provide a view of down town from the towers, which will act as a gateway to the city. The project lies on a lot, which was once a empty parking lot and will feature the 75 story development. It has been design to play on the light and angles of its position in between to of Toronto’s busiest high ways. The parcel provided a unique challenge and canvas for Ten York architect, Rudy Wallman.
The site will not only provide excellent views from the Ten York buildings, but it will also provide jobs to the local government. The Build Toronto organization has chosen the Tridel development firm for this reason. Tridel is a company that is deeply rooted in the history of Toronto. No matter what the angle is you will have an excellent view of the city of Toronto from Ten York.
